To provide the required support you’ll need to cut a 30” x 40” Integrated Appliance panel to the 24” x 34 ½” necessary to go under the counter or at the side of the counter. Don’t forget to choose your panel finish in the same color as your cabinet doors! Placing the panel at the end of the cabinet row and after an appliance will provide enough support for your counter. For extra shelves These panels are useful when small pieces are needed but you don’t want to use PERFEKT Cover Panels because they’re only ½” thick. They can be used as vertical shelves (for your baking trays, for example!) and since they don’t have a door the ¾” edge looks better – and size-wise it’s the most economical panel to use. Also, if you’re adding extra shelves this thicker panel is more rigid and better-sized. This baking tray cabinet was done by cutting the pieces from a 30″x40″ front for integrated appliances.

As a front-panel or trim for built-in appliances in tall cabinets Tall oven cabinets are sold with a frame when they’re for a single oven in IKEA. However, this frame doesn’t always work for larger appliances or smaller microwaves. Some homeowners would like to place their microwave and oven in a single tall cabinet even if they’re not the same size.
