GeForce Now uses NVIDIA’s Cloud-Based GPUS to essentially host the game on their computers and streaming that gameplay to your Mac; which allows you to a premium gaming rig on any Mac or PC for free (as of August 2018). The only thing is difficult about this service is there’s a HUGE waiting list and it could be weeks or even months to even get your hands on GeForce Now to try. At this time we support English, French and German app languages and will be adding more soon. On the first click of a game tile, your ownership is verified with the digital store through a login, and then the game is installed onto your GeForce NOW gaming rig in the cloud.

Then you can launch the game by clicking on its icon in GeForce NOW. It will look and feel like you are launching the game as if it were on your device, when, in fact, GeForce NOW is launching it remotely on a gaming rig in the cloud and streaming it back to your Mac or PC. I AM USING A NON US-ENGLISH KEYBOARD AND WHEN I USE IT WITH GEFORCE NOW I DO NOT SEE THE CHARACTERS OR LETTERS ON SCREEN THAT I PRESS. We do see this issue with non-US Keyboards and are trying to find a way to improve it. In the meantime, we recommend using US English keyboards or the NVIDIA on screen control (OSC) keyboard or Steam Big Picture keyboard to type in characters such as @. However if you have a Uplay account with non ASCII characters, you cannot use the NVIDIA OSC keyboard or a US English keyboard.
